Facility Rental Info
How many people can BridgeView accommodate?
Due to its open floor-plan and outside patio, BridgeView
can differ on maximum capacity. For most events, seated
capacity is approximately 120 and standing room 150.
Are there adequate restroom facilities?
Yes, there is a men’s and women’s bathroom. Both are
handicap accessible.
Is there a coat check area?
Yes. We have a small area to hang coats, but additional
coat storage can be arranged.
Is there a bridal changing room?
Yes. Brides, or other event hosts, can use the back room
for changing, pictures, etc.
Do you offer free parking?
Yes, there is free parking across the street. If you
prefer valet, we can arrange for a valet service for an
additional charge, to be arranged and in writing prior to
event.
*Please note that on UT home football and basketball
game-days, free parking is not available. For events on
these days, guests will be responsible to self-park.
Will there be enough seating for my guests?
BridgeView houses over 40 tables and 160 chairs. We have
tables and chairs to accommodate any event at maximum
capacity. BridgeView offers various sizes of tables plus
buffet set-up, gift table, and lounge area.
Does BridgeView offer linen service?
Basic white linens are provided for $4.00 each, $15.00
each for skirting, and $1.10 each for linen napkins. All
rented specialty linen, chair ties, overlays, etc., are the
responsibility of the renter, and must be removed and
returned after event.
*Specialty linen ordered from an outside rental company is
permitted, but all rentals are the responsibility of the
event host. BridgeView will cloth tables with specialty
linen for $1.00 per linen, per table.
Is there are charge for china and flatware?
The china service fee is $1.50 per person, or $0.50 per
person for Chinet; both include flatware.
Who is responsible for setting the tables,
place cards, favors, etc.?
BridgeView is only responsible for putting our linens on
the tables. All other decorations, place cards, gifts,
flower arrangements, and the like are the responsibility of
the event host or planner. Be advised that BridgeView will
be open three (3) hours prior to each event for your
convenience.
What are the electrical capabilities?
Standard electrical outlets are available for event
entertainment and are placed throughout the facility for
convenient accessibility
