Sound System: Speakers throughout the venue, connected through a speaker system so that an i-pod (or other MP3 player) should work. We advise that hosts test these capabilities at a pre-event meeting to ensure proper output.

Electrical: standard electrical outlets are available for event entertainment and are placed throughout the facility for convenient accessibility
