Entire Facility Rental Rate: $200/hour
*Exceptions: Holiday and Luncheon rates vary upon season and availability

Deposit: 25%, secures date and facility, balance is due two weeks prior to event date

Average Catering Cost: $20-$50 per person
Minimum: 30 people, with a catering minimum of $500
Catering: Pricing based upon food selections and guest count accrued per person

Operations Fee: 20% of all food and beverage charges

Bar Staff Fee: $35 per bartender, per hour
BridgeView requires one bartender for every 50-75 people, depending on event
Alcoholic Beverage Service: Individual pricing based upon selections

Tax: Mandatory 9.25% TN State Sales Tax
