Will we arrange tastings?
Absolutely! After you have reviewed our online menu
options, you can contact an event coordinator or catering
manager and schedule a time for tasting your selections.
Does BridgeView have an all inclusive rate?
While we do not have an all-inclusive package, we do
offer menu and beverage packages, as well as holiday
selections, for quick and easy event planning.
What will we provide?
BridgeView will provide tables, chairs, plates,
silverware, glassware, salt-and-pepper shakers, napkins,
full buffet set-up or served meal, and full wait staff.
What is our date guarantee policy?
We guarantee not to double book for your date and time.
Upon receipt of payment and contract, your party has
exclusive rights to the usage of BridgeView.
Does BridgeView offer linen service?
Basic white linens are provided for $4.00 each, $15.00
each for skirting, and $1.10 each for linen napkins. All
rented specialty linen, chair ties, overlays, etc., are the
responsibility of the renter, and must be removed and
returned after event.
*Specialty linen ordered from an outside rental company is
permitted, but all rentals are the responsibility of the
event host. BridgeView will cloth tables with specialty
linen for $1.00 per linen, per table.
Is there are charge for china and flatware?
The china service fee is $1.50 per person, or $0.50 per
person for chinette; both include flatware.
Who is responsible for setting the tables,
place cards, favors, etc.?
BridgeView is only responsible for putting our linens on
the tables. All other decorations, place cards, gifts,
flower arrangements, and the like are the responsibility of
the event host, planner, or other vendor. Be advised that
BridgeView will be open three (3) hours prior to each event
for your convenience.
Do I have to order my cake through
BridgeView's catering?
As noted above, cakes from outside vendors are accepted
into Bridgeview. All arrangements for delivery and set-up
are to be made by event host, and said arrangements must be
given to Catering Director or Event Coordinator in advance.
